SECURE NETWORKS retains all intellectual property rights to any invention or composition that is created during the course of executing this Agreement. If the Client fails to meet any of its obligations under the Agreement, or in the event that the breach is not remedied and the parties cannot agree, they will renegotiate the terms of service.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Services are provided during SECURE NETWORKS's regular business hours and at SECURE NETWORKS's then current service rates. Upon posting of an amendment to these Policies, each Customer will be deemed to accept and accept the revised Policy.
